Cleaning method of diesel engine filter:

1. The air filter should be cleaned every 50-100 hours, and surface dust can be brushed off with a soft brush. If the working time exceeds 500 hours or is damaged, it should be replaced in time. During installation, the sealing gasket and rubber connecting pipe should not be missed, inverted or misplaced, and the sealing of the embedded parts should be ensured.

2. For oil bath air filters, clean the filter element with clean diesel oil every 100-200 hours and replace the engine oil in it. If the filter element is broken, it needs to be replaced immediately. Pay attention to refueling according to regulations when using it. Engine oil is an important grease for lubricating diesel engines and plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring the stable operation of diesel engines.

3. The oil filter is cleaned by mixing oil, kerosene and diesel as cleaning oil. If the oil filter is not maintained in time during the use of the diesel engine, the filter element will become clogged, the oil pressure will increase, the safety valve will open, and the lubricating oil will flow directly into the main oil circuit, which will increase the wear of the lubricating surface and affect the service life of the diesel engine. The oil filter should be cleaned every 180-200 hours. If damaged, it should be replaced immediately to prevent impurities from entering the lubricated surface. Clean parts. The diesel used should meet seasonal requirements and should undergo 48 hours of sedimentation and purification treatment.
